From the historic homes near downtown Phoenix to the growing neighborhoods of Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Peoria, bathrooms take a beating in desert homes. Hard water, temperature swings and daily wear all add up. A well-planned bathroom remodel is one of the best investments you can make, both for daily comfort and for your home's value.
Every successful remodel starts with the layout. Moving plumbing lines costs more than working around them, so we help you decide early what stays and what goes. Whether it is a double vanity, a walk-in shower or simply better storage, the layout sets the budget and the schedule for everything that follows.
Waterproofing is where bathrooms are won or lost. Shower pans, wall membranes and floor systems have to be installed correctly before a single tile goes down. Cut corners here and problems can hide behind beautiful tile for years before they show up as a stain on the ceiling below. We treat waterproofing as the most important step of the entire project.
Materials matter in Phoenix. Hard water is tough on cheap fixtures, and lighter tile finishes help keep bathrooms cooler in the summer months. We guide homeowners toward vanities, faucets and ventilation that hold up in Arizona homes, not just what looks good in a catalog photo.
